Bare Swimwear® will offer a store credit for instances where you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with a product or size. Please note, refunds will not be offered for returned purchases, only store credit will be applied.
If there are any discrepancies in your order, please contact us within 3 business days.
All items must be returned in their original condition which includes sanitary labels being intact and tags still attached. If the tags are tampered with, removed, or damaged we cannot accept a return or refund. The item must not have been worn, washed or soiled.
All Final Sale items cannot be returned for an exchange, no exceptions. Any Final Sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
Bare Swimwear® reserves the right to refuse a return, assuming it doesn't meet the requirements above. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return, and will be returned to you at your own expense.
All returned items must be received by Bare Swimwear® within 21 days of the date you received your package.
Bare Swimwear® will not be held liable for any lost returns and we strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details. The cost involved in returning an item to The Bikini Block will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customers sole responsibility.
All returns will be processed within 2 business days. Once we have received your returned package and inspected the garments, you will be contacted via email.
The cost of return shipping to and from Bare Swimwear® is at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded or added to your store-credit.
Store credit is valid for 3 months, we recommend you use your credits as soon as possible. To organize a return please email email@example.com with your name, order number and details of your return. We will then provide you with any further information you may require.
Bare Swimwear® does not offer price adjustments. The sale price can only be guaranteed during the sale period, not before or after.
In the unlikely event that your swimwear arrives damaged please contact us immediately at (firstname.lastname@example.org) with an image of the damaged item and we will get back to you right away.
